The Caltex Mpumalanga South Cluster, is the branded retail subsidiary within the retail division of the Royale Energy Group. The subsidiary was formed following a successful tender and subsequent acquisition from the Mpumalanga south retail cluster from Astron Energy South Africa.
Under this transaction, Royale Energy was appointed by Astron Energy to own and manage Caltex branded service stations and to operate with exclusive rights and licence to promote and sell Caltex products to the retail sector in the said area.

Royale’s fleet of trucks, within Freightcor Logistic Solutions, currently uplifts fuel from Astron Energy facilities and distributes it through well-planned routes to the Caltex Mpumalanga South Cluster.
Royale currently operates a two strategically located terminal storage facilities situated on the pipeline and a smaller network storage depots in Olifantsfontein, Hammanskraal and Polokwane.
